This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.
To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Just Office Chairs, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Just Office Chairs will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Just Office Chairs. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Just Office Chairs. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Just Office Chairs Return Procedure will be breached and Just Office Chairs will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
Just Office Chairs will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Just Office Chairs charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.
Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Just Office Chairs prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. Please inspect the package when it arrives to determine if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.
If damage during shipping is discovered after delivery, contact customer service immediately so a claim can be filed. Please retain all damaged items and shipping materials, as the carrier may need to perform an inspection.
Just Office Chairs warrants this office chair from the date of purchase against failure due to material and workmanship as follows:
- Lifetime on component parts, including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters.
- 3 years on upholstery fabric and foam against wear and deterioration.
- Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage defined as a standard 40-hour work week by persons weighing 250 lbs. or less. The 7102, 7105, 7200, 75-37A773 and 75-47A773 are for persons weighing 400 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Just Office Chairs. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 40 hours per week, a 5-year warranty on all parts applies. Fabric is warranted for 1 year.
